Refund/Replacements
We will arrange for a replacement / credit / refund on any wine that is not up to standard, damaged or fit for purpose.
Please contact us with details of the problem at customerservice@winehound.co.uk and a member of the team will call you to discuss the nature of the problem and make the necessary arrangements.
Force Majeure:
Wine Hound shall have no liability to you if we fail to deliver goods or change delivery arrangements in any way because of reasons of force majeure.
