This is a soprano glissimo - a delicate sparkling pink wine made from the Prosecco grape, with a touch of Robaso, grown in fertile vineyards of northeast Italy in the region of Treviso. It is fragrant with summer fruit aromas, fresh and lively on the palate, dry, crisp and all too easy to drink.
