Loyalty Points
Your Wine Hound online account only can be used to collect Wine Hound loyalty points. You can spend the points you have collected on future orders.
Points will be automatically added to your account every time you order from Wine Hound and we will always update your current points balance when you open up your account details.
Collecting Points
You will receive points on qualifying purchases at the rate notified on the site.
At the date of this issue 250 points will be awarded for every £100 spent on wine (excluding delivery costs).
The number of points issued may vary between qualifying purchases and some special offers may give you more points. We will not exchange Wine Hound Loyalty Points for cash.
Points will be added to your account at the time you buy wine or Wine Hound products. There may be specific occasions when we add points at a later date at our discretion.
We might change the number of points you collect on products and services included in the scheme.
Spending Points
You points can only be spent online with Wine Hound.
You can make a part payment of points towards a product or service and you will be offered the chance to do this when you check out. You can only redeem/spend points accumulated on previous orders – points collected in a current order are not valid for transaction against that order.
Redeemed points will be deducted from the total on your Loyalty Point account.
You won't qualify for points or extra point offers on products or services, which you pay for with points.
To spend your points simply select the appropriate option when you check out that lets Wine Hound know that you want to pay with your points. The total number of points will then be deducted from your Loyalty points account.
The Wine Hound loyalty points scheme is promoted by Wine Hound (Wine Hound Ltd, 4 Brideg St, Leatherhead, Surrey KT22 8BZ)
Anyone over the age of 18, who registers, opens an account and orders wine from Wine Hound can join. All Wine Hound Loyalty points belong to Wine Hound.
Your Loyalty Points scheme is personal to you. We do not allow others to accumulate or redeem on your account but your family and friends can of course open their own Wine Hound account.
We can take any action we consider appropriate if we have reason to believe that you are abusing the scheme, including withholding points previously credited to your account
Wine Hound can cancel or withdraw the scheme or any individual account at any time.
We can change the terms & conditions of the scheme. We'll always give notice of changes by displaying notices on the site.
Returning goods
If you decide to return a product which you bought from Wine Hound we'll deduct the points from your Wine Hound Loyalty Points account that you collected when you brought the product.
However it is our policy to replace products and therefore we will re-credit your account with the right number of points. No cash refund will be given in these circumstances.
