Very bright greenish yellow colour with intense citric aromas of pink grapefruit, passion fruit and lime. In the mouth it is fresh and citric, with intense and concentrated flavours and a lingering aftertaste.

A delicate pink sparkling wine made from the Prosecco grape grown in fertile vineyards of northeast Italy in the region of Treviso. It is fragrant with summer fruit aromas, fresh and lively on the palate, dry, crisp and easy to drink.

Founded in 1928 by Carlo Botter, the company is still in family control, being third genaration. The company has grown from making wines from the family estate of 100 hectares on the Veneta-Fruili boarder, to working with producers across Italy, especially in the regions of Puglia, Molise, Abruzzo and Sicily.

Who needs pink Champers when you can have this sparkling little number. I took some bottles to a hen night and it was the hit of the evening. We all loved it!
